No Docs, No Test

I really wanted to give this a try, but the documentation seems to be lacking. It is supposed to be wrapped up in the Help file, but all I get are empty web pages.

I even heard from the developer, but his instructions don't match the options.

I'm not sure if my requirement is high enough to overcome this obstacle.
